Which are the payment modes?

Payment by credit card is best.

Which currency do you charge in?

Our standard price is in USD (American dollar). The actual conversion to your local currency is done by your credit card company at the moment of the purchase, based on our fixed USD price. Any charge beyond this conversion rate is a surcharge added by your credit card company for the conversion.

How do you protect my credit card information?
All of your information is stored in a protected database on a secure server in a secure location. Our customers’ privacy and security is a priority.

Do I get some discount if I buy the products?
Yes.

Can the files be used with MAC and PC?
Yes, all our files can be used by MAC and PC.

Why do we need a valid e-mail address from you?
We need a valid e-mail from you because to it is used in all the communications with YMYWDIRECT.  If your e-mail provider are using any spam filtering, you will need to adjust your spam filters to allow our email.

Is there any phone for contact?
At the moment we not available by telephone. All correspondence is done through the Contact link. All messages are answered individually within 24 hours.
